Click your desired sponsorship level, add to cart, then proceed to checkout. During checkout, please be sure to enter your company/group name in the Company Name field, and select the Cast Member(s) who engaged you.  If you prefer to pay by check or cash, select Manual Payment in the Payment section. Click Place Order & Pay at the end of the process to complete your order and receive a confirmation email.
